By entering my information below and participating in the SKIP-IT CHALLENGE at New York Toy Fair, March 1-4, 2025, at the Javits Center, New York, New York, I am hereby (i) providing my consent to allow Just Play or its affiliates and agents to contact me solely with respect to my participation in this challenge and (ii) waiving and releasing any and all claims, whether known or unknown that I may have against Just Play or its affiliates and agents arising out of my participation in this challenge and forever release and discharge Just Play, its affiliates, and agents from liability under such claims. If the participant is under the age of 18, I hereby represent and warrant that I am the adult parent or guardian of such minor child and I consent to their participation in the challenge and agree to this consent and liability release on their behalf.
